Limited to just 12 guests, this intimate format invites diners to discover the art of Omakase - a Japanese tradition where the chefs curate the menu in the moment, guided by seasonality, product and intuition.

Throughout the evening, a sequence of dishes is prepared and served directly at the counter, creating a close connection between the chefs and the guest, where every detail is part of the experience.
