From October 8th to 10th, JNcQUOI Asia welcomes Fish Cheeks, the acclaimed Thai restaurant from New York City, for a special three-day takeover.

Known for its vibrant take on Thai coastal cuisine, Fish Cheeks brings together bold flavours, fresh seafood and the convivial spirit of family-style dining - inspired by the diverse regions of Thailand.

For this special collaboration, expect a menu made to be shared, with dishes ranging from Manila Clams with Sweet Basil and Grilled Scarlet Prawns with Nam Jim to Coconut Crab Curry, Crab Aob Woonsen and Seafood Pad Cha. A selection that brings together fragrant herbs, chilli, seafood and the unmistakable intensity of Thai cuisine.
