In addition to being a comedian, Guilherme Geirinhas is also a director and writer. His creative work has extended into journalism, where he wrote a weekly column for Portuguese magazine Sábado.
In 2018, he launched the podcast Sozinho em Casa (“Home Alone”), a weekly show in which he shares his experience of living on his own with thousands of listeners.
In 2019, he premiered his first stand-up comedy show, Modo Voo. After a successful one-year run, the show sold out venues including Teatro Tivoli and Teatro Sá da Bandeira. That same year, he launched Coisas Chatas com Humor (“Boring Things, with Humor”) on YouTube — a 10-episode series in which he breaks down and explores some of life’s most serious topics through comedy, reaching 1.5 million views.
Since 2020, he has hosted ADN de Leão, the official Sporting CP podcast, which has run for two seasons. The project culminated in a sold-out live show at Lisbon’s Coliseu in 2023. That same year, he launched a new project, the series Vai Correr Tudo Bem (“Everything Will Be Fine”), where he uses humor to challenge some of the common misconceptions surrounding mental health.
In 2024, he released two seasons of Bom Partido. In the first, he interviewed six of the eight party leaders with parliamentary seats who were running in the Portuguese legislative elections. In the second, he interviewed seven candidates running in the European Parliament elections. The mini-series offers a more personal and informal look at politicians, going beyond the usual formality audiences are accustomed to. The project reached 2.82 million views.
In 2026, together with his wife, Dr. Margarida Graça Santos, he launched Na Saúde e Na Doença (“In Sickness and in Health”), a YouTube project that quickly became a major success, surpassing one million views in less than a month.
