Omakase Encounters returns to Bar Ganda at JNcQUOI Asia for its 5th Edition on October 28th, with Chef Rui Rodrigues once again taking the lead.

An intimate experience shaped by the Chef’s vision, where each course unfolds at the counter with precision, seasonality and respect for the craft of Japanese cuisine.

From Hassun and Sashimi to Chawanmushi, Nigirizushi and Temaki, the menu moves through different expressions of Japanese gastronomy, with Wagyu and Tamago & Ikura adding further depth to the experience. To finish, Persimmon and Shiso Ice Cream bring a delicate seasonal note.
