JNcQUOI Asia welcomes the 3rd edition of Omakase Encounters at Bar Ganda, an intimate omakase experience led by Chef Rui Rosário.

On June 30th, just 12 guests will take their seats at the counter for an evening shaped by seasonality, instinct and craftsmanship. Guided by the finest fish of the day and the rhythm of the kitchen, Chef Rui Rosário presents a menu that reflects his vision of contemporary Japanese cuisine, rooted in authenticity and respect for the product.

Served directly at the counter, each course unfolds in the moment, creating a close connection between Chef and guest.
