Octopus takes centre stage

On November 14th and 15th, JNcQUOI Deli Comporta dedicates a weekend to one of the great staples of Portuguese gastronomy: octopus.

From octopus carpaccio with mandarin, arugula and explosive olive to traditional octopus rice, Galician-style octopus and Josper-grilled octopus, a special menu celebrates this ingredient through different interpretations, served with the unmistakable JNcQUOI touch.
