For this special weekend, our chefs present a dedicated menu exploring different textures, techniques and interpretations of this timeless ingredient - from delicate codfish carpaccio and tartare to comforting rice dishes and a rich codfish paella with poached egg.
Highlights also include a roasted codfish loin with traditional pil-pil sauce, bringing depth, flavour and tradition to the table.
