Wine tasting - DOMÍNIO DO AÇOR – The rejuvenation of Dão

Domínio do Açor is one of the most recent and innovative projects in Dão, which has received excellent reviews from wine journalists in Portugal! It was born from the dream of a group of Brazilian entrepreneurs committed to innovating and creating wines that recall the great wines of Burgundy. Oenology comes from one of the most promising Portuguese winemakers, Luís Lopes, who after experiences in wineries such as Dominique Lafon (Burgundy) and Quinta da Pellada (Dão), decided to start this project from scratch. This is, without a doubt, one of the most promising wine projects today!
