The story of Bodegas Mauro began in 1978, when Mariano García — a winemaker who, for decades, had been associated with some of the most renowned names in Spanish wine — decided to create his own project, driven by a desire to interpret the land with freedom, precision and character. Over the years, the García family has developed its own identity, rooted in respect for the vineyard, a pursuit of wines with exceptional ageing potential, and an approach that combines tradition with knowledge. From Castilla y León to Toro and Rioja, the project has grown without losing its essence: producing wines that genuinely express the origin and character of each terroir.

More than a tasting, this will be a journey through the history, philosophy and diverse terroirs that have shaped the world of Bodegas Mauro.
