Talk “Lisbon Decides - Meeting with Alexandra Leitão”

As part of the 2025 local elections, ECO is hosting an exclusive event with Alexandra Leitão, candidate of the "Viver Lisboa" coalition, which brings together the Socialist Party, the Left Bloc, and Livre. A former minister and parliamentary leader of the Socialist Party, Alexandra Leitão positions herself as the main alternative to Carlos Moedas in leading the city. She advocates for a fairer, more accessible, and greener Lisbon — with the ambition to attract talent, investment, and high-quality tourism. The meeting will take place in a private and exclusive setting at the JNcQUOI Club, with an audience of business leaders, investors, academics, public decision-makers, and representatives from civil society. The conversation will be moderated by António Costa, director of ECO, and will last one hour, focusing on the key decisions shaping Lisbon’s future: housing, mobility, tourism, sustainability, economic appeal, and city governance. More than just an interview, it’s a clash of ideas and visions for Lisbon.
