A producer who betted on Syrah and Viognier, and recruited the knowledge of Rhone oenology by initiating a partnership with Domaine Chapoutier. In 2006 the Ex-Aequo was born, a wine that was never released in Portugal. For this wine, Domaine Chapoutier with its knowledge and expertise in oenology, decided to opt for Touriga Nacional to combine it with the blend of Syrah.
