Dinner-Tasting Jean-Marc Pillot

The Domaine Jean-Marc Pillot is located in Chassagne-Montrachet, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, one of the most prestigious areas of Burgundy. The estate is known for wines of great elegance and precision, faithfully reflecting the character of the terroir.

Although Chassagne is particularly famous for its Chardonnay, the domaine also maintains a strong tradition in the production of Pinot Noir, notably from old-vine parcels such as Clos Saint-Jean. Today, Jean-Marc Pillot works alongside his son Antonin Pillot, continuing to develop the estate with an increasing focus on organic viticulture practices.
