After his talk, José Bento dos Santos will host a Pop-up dinner at your SuperMondo. He created a special Menu for this occasion paired with Quinta do Monte D’Oiro wines. A Bio-Chemical engineer that dedicated all his life to his passion of gastronomy, having constantly searched for the perfect harmonies between wine and food.
