After his talk, José Bento dos Santos will host a Pop-up dinner at your SuperMondo. He created a special Menu for this occasion paired with Quinta do Monte D’Oiro wines. A Bio-Chemical engineer that dedicated all his life to his passion of gastronomy, having constantly searched for the perfect harmonies between wine and food. We are honored to be hosting this unique experience with the presence of José Bento dos Santos.
