JNcQUOI Asia presents Omakase Encounters at JNcQUOI Asia, a new series of exclusive sushi experiences held at Bar Ganda - the restaurant’s sushi counter.

Each edition celebrates the art of omakase, the Japanese dining tradition where the chef curates the menu according to seasonality, product and inspiration.

For the first edition, on March 18th, Chef Rui Rosário will welcome just 18 guests for an intimate experience at the counter, presenting a carefully crafted sequence of sushi and dishes prepared before their eyes.

Designed as a recurring series throughout the year, Omakase Encounters will also welcome guest chefs in future editions.
