JNcQUOI Asia presents a renewed sushi menu, led by our new Sushi Chef - Rui Rosário - and inspired by the authenticity of Japanese culinary tradition.

Drawing from extensive training and professional experience in Japan - including formative years in Tokyo - this new concept celebrates sushi in its purest form. The focus is placed on the rice, where texture, seasoning, and temperature are carefully perfected, alongside an emphasis on the exceptional quality of Portuguese fish.

Following an Edomae-inspired approach with a modern sensibility, the menu highlights traditional sushi techniques without unnecessary additions - allowing each ingredient to speak for itself, always with a refined JNcQUOI touch.
