Trained in Tokyo and guided by an Edomae-inspired philosophy, Rui brings a renewed focus on craft - where the rice is perfected, the fish is exceptional, and every piece speaks for itself.

A curated daily selection of sushi and sashimi, meticulously prepared at the counter - from Sunomono and Sashimi to the Chef's Nigiris selection, Tuna Hosomaki, Miso Soup, and Mochi - all complemented by water and coffee.
