Don Lay Takes Over JNcQUOI Asia & Frou Frou

From April 21st to 24th, JNcQUOI welcomes Don Lay, widely regarded as Madrid’s leading Chinese restaurant, for an exclusive culinary takeover across JNcQUOI Asia and JNcQUOI Frou Frou.

Bringing the essence of refined Chinese cuisine to Lisbon, this special collaboration presents a menu that balances tradition, technique and bold flavour.

At JNcQUOI Asia, the experience will be available for both lunch and dinner, while at JNcQUOI Frou Frou, it will be served exclusively at dinner.

Guests will discover a selection of dishes that highlight the richness and diversity of Chinese gastronomy - from delicate dumplings such as lobster crystal dumplings and truffled prawn dumplings, to iconic main courses including Sichuan-style seabass, charcoal-grilled char siu pork and Chongqing chicken. The experience concludes with a playful and elegant dessert, bringing a final note of creativity to the menu.
